Responsibilities: - Acknowledge Insurance Brokerage in field Health & Benefits - Life - To identify, develop and implement and have new knowledge & solution to deal with new area of Insurance Brokerage products to after risk service existing & prevent and new clients whether it is new product or revisited one. - To identify, deal and negotiate with appropriate Business Partner(s) for the best Insurance Package/Program. - To arrange end-to-end Insurance Claim setting processes, follow-up, and provide claim-related suggestions as well as procedures and status to clients. - Coordinate closely with sales and customers. as well as nearby agencies to manage risks Damage claims and others to meet the standards of the claim department's services.. - Negotiate settlements with insures and adjusters. - Build and maintain good client relations. - Co-operate with other internal departments to support overall operations. - Other duties as assigned. Professional & Qualifications: - Minimum Bachelor Degree in related field; especially engineer fields - Preferred 2-3 years experience in Insurance Broker, Insurer or related industry. - Preferred knowledge and skill in Insurance Products such as Property, Casualty, IAR, Liability, Motor etc. - Preferred experience in managerial task and directly duties on P&C is advantage. - Good in spoken and written English in Business English. - Excellent system and PC skills and company based programme as computer proficiency. - Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Strategic mindset and positive attitude. - Have background in Corporate non-life Insurance Products from Insurance Broker is advantage - Good experience in AE, Client Services, Business Development in insurance product.
