1. - Oversee and ensure high-quality service for golfers both on the course and at the driving range. - Manage and supervise operational teams including Marshal, Starter, Caddie Master, Golf Bag attendants and Driving Range staff. - Coordinate with internal departments and clients in organizing golf tournaments and related events. - Manage caddie schedules and ensure sufficient manpower to support daily golf rounds. - Oversee and provide training programs for caddies to maintain service standards. - Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and customer satisfaction across all golf-related services. ***Please attach your english CV***

คุณสมบัติ

1. เพศ: ไม่จำกัด ช่วงอายุ: ไม่จำกัด วุฒิการศึกษา: มัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 - Minimum 5 years of direct experience in Golf Operations or related field. - Strong leadership, organizational and people management skills. - Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments and handle service-related issues professionally. - Good problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset. - Availability to work on weekends and public holidays (with a fixed weekly day off on Monday).
