[Service] - Handling of sea freight, land and air cargo - Customs clearance services - Warehousing and storage services - Freight forwarding services, including import/export cargo management, packing and transportation-related services [Job Summary] - Handling customer inquiries: Responding to questions about schedules, cargo status and related concerns. - Coordination with carriers and service providers: Arranging shipments and transportation with airlines and other logistics partners. - Preparation and management of export/import documents: Creating and managing B/Ls (Bills of Lading), invoices, packing lists and other required documentation. - Assisting with customs clearance: Coordinating with customs authorities and transport operators to ensure smooth clearance. - Cargo tracking and progress reporting: Monitoring shipments and updating customers on their status. - Billing and invoicing: Issuing invoices for freight charges and service fees. - Collaboration with internal departments: Working with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations.
