Why is there a 3% tax deduction from wages?

Every time you work part-time, 3% will be deducted as withholding tax. You can take the tax certificate to the Revenue Department to request a refund of this tax amount (if your income has not yet reached the taxable threshold).

Why can't I ever get accepted for jobs in time?

Since we have many people in the system, there is quite high competition for part-time job applications. For those who don't get accepted in time, we recommend downloading the app, turning on notifications, and keeping track of new jobs regularly. This way you'll have a chance to work with Daywork.

For those who have accepted a job but cannot perform duties according to the agreed date and time, please notify us in advance, at least 1 day, so that we can find a replacement worker in time (anyone who doesn't notify in advance will be penalized by account blocking, preventing you from taking jobs with us until the block is lifted).

What can I do if problems arise during work?

If work problems arise such as unfairness or safety issues during work hours, you can contact Daywork Master, who is a mentor you can talk to and consult about anything through chat in the application.

How to hire part-time employees?

Customers can easily hire part-time workers with Daywork by simply filling out the company form. After that, we will contact you back as soon as possible.

Will I get part-time workers with the abilities I actually need?

In addition, we also send worker profiles to customers for review before starting work. If they don't meet your requirements, you can request a replacement.

What are the rates for hiring part-time workers?

Wage rates depend on the number of employees hired, duration, and urgency. The starting rate is only in the tens per person.

Payment depends on the type and duration of work as agreed upon. Usually, payment is made in full in advance, or for longer-term work, you may choose to pay a deposit first and pay the remainder after completion.

Sent a message but no response

Approval depends on the company's consideration, which usually takes about 2-4 business days. If there is no contact back within that period, it may mean that the job has been closed for applications or has received enough applicants.

Account blacklisted / Can blacklist status be fixed / How to fix or remove from blacklist

If an account is blacklisted, it cannot be fixed immediately. But if you are considered to work again and don't abandon the job, your account status can be reconsidered.

ID card/bank account page verification or how to upload job application documents

Go to the Daywork app -> Profile -> ID card and bank account -> Add ID card/bank account then fill in the information and upload the document.

Account name doesn't match ID card name / Can I use someone else's bank account if I don't have my own?

You must use a bank account that matches the name on your ID card only.

How to delete account

Select "Profile" in the bottom right corner -> Select the gear icon in the top right corner -> Select "Delete Account" and fill in the reason for deleting the account, then confirm.

Can people under 18 years old apply for jobs?

By law, people under 18 years old cannot work. The company only accepts employees who are 18 years old and above.

Cannot edit work history

You can edit by selecting "No experience" and clicking save to clear the old data, then you can enter new experience.

How to select the type of job you want to apply for

Go to the "All Jobs" page and scroll the top bar to the right, then select "Job Type" and you can select up to 3 job types.

Can I apply for a job that doesn't cover all the announced days?

You can apply on days that are convenient. However, the staff will consider further whether it can be accepted or not, depending on the conditions of that job.

How to reply to chat for job application

You can answer questions in the chat box of the job you applied for by going to "Chat" then answer the questions completely for staff consideration.

How to post jobs yourself

Register at https://daywork.co/jobpost and fill in company information. After document approval, you can post unlimited jobs.

Are there work-from-home jobs? / Finding work-from-home jobs (WFH)

You can check work-from-home (WFH) jobs by going to "All Jobs". If there are jobs of this type, they will be displayed first.

Can I apply for multiple jobs at the same time?

You can apply for multiple jobs at the same time. However, if you get approved for a job, you must cancel applications for jobs with overlapping dates and times.

How will I know if my job application has been approved?

If you are selected for work, the staff will contact you back via chat or call to confirm the job.

You can request leave in the Line group for that job. There will be an admin who takes care of this. However, requesting leave suddenly may result in being blacklisted.

Change bank account or ID card

Go to "Profile" then select "ID card and bank account" then you can delete the old information and fill in new account information.

If there are no jobs displayed in that area, it may mean that the job has been closed for applications or there are no jobs open at that time.
