JOB PURPOSE
To Carry out all front of house guest service activities which includes but not limited to the following duties and any other reasonable duty as directed by your line management;
Madam Tussauds will be known as MTBK for the rest of this document
General:
Has excellent knowledge of the attraction and high level understanding of all products sell in order to answer guests’ questions in detail .
Ensure the delivery of excellent customer services at all times.
Provide assistance to guests with special requirements, i.e., disable guests, those not feeling well, lost property, etc
Responsible for end of day cashing up tills under supervision of Assistant Manager - Guest Experience / Operations Manager in all respective areas such as box office, photography selling counters, retail and souvenir shop
Has excellent knowledge of the attraction and high level understanding of all products sell in order to answer guests’ questions in detail
To training new staff, retain and be a good role model as a Team leader .
Perform the day to day processing of cash and non-monetary transactions to ensure that all related data and documents are monitored, up to date and accurate manner.
Check and verify void transactions and prepare weekly and monthly void report to the Guest Manager.
Interpretive function:
To be a guide in MTBK and to suggest and offer advice on the product of company i.e.
To take care Education group both of Thai and English speaking and service customer at all activity area and any added on education programs
To provide interpreting and/or translating services for visitors in the facility includes field trips, assemblies, counselling sessions, club meetings, extracurricular activities, and other educational settings.
To facilitate communication through use of Thai, spoken English, cultural mediation, and knowledge about visual accessibility.
Retail & F&B function:
To suggest and sell food, beverage and souvenir for product up-selling
To sell and up-sell admission ticket and any promotion package (commission provided)
To manufacture and sculpt wax hand figures and upsell to customers
Working across the variety of retail and café areas across the facility
To assist in the running and supervision of the 4D Theatre
Stock up shelves and maintain displays under the supervision of Assistant Manager – Guest Experience / Operations Manager
Provide assistances for stock taking as and stock check at store room the end of the month
To offer great service and encourage the usage of the end of visit survey in the retail outlet
When required to be able to answer telephone calls and take bookings in the absence of the reservations team
To provide excellent communication and service at all times
Ticket and Souvenir Shop
Highlighting benefits of products to guests in order to increase sales
Stock up shelves and maintain displays under the supervision of Assistant Manager – Guest Experience / Operations Manager
Provide assistances for stock taking as and when necessary
Keep display shelves and all visible areas clean, tidy and easily accessible at all times
Thorough understanding of all ticket types and actively promote admission
Enthusiastically raises guests awareness of current promotions Photography
To encourage guests to have their photograph taken in all photography points in a charming and persuasive manner
