Responsibilities • Support administration of employee attendance and other HR and Admin services. • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes. • Support employee onboarding and assist in organizing training and development initiatives. • Provide assistance to employees in various HR-related topics, such as leaves. • Undertake tasks within the Human Resources and Administrative departments. • Maintain employee files and records in both electronic and paper form. • Enhance job satisfaction by promptly resolving basic issues, introducing new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities. • Ensure compliance with labor regulations. Requirements and skills • Knowledge and experience as in General human resources and Admin at less 1 year • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures • Fair knowledge of employment/labor laws • Strong knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. Ezy HR) will be a plus • Effective communication and human skills • English communication is requires (Read, Write, Basic speaking and Listening) • Aptitude in problem-solving • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach • BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field • Additional HR training will be a plus
