QA Tester(senior) /6 months contract

• Deep understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes for Web, Mobile applications, and APIs, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Extensive knowledge of banking products, the Banking Industry, and Commercial Banking Platforms, including regulatory compliance requirements.

• Experience in leading the creation of clear, concise, and comprehensive TCMs, test cases, and test assertions, including automation frameworks.

• Expert-level testing and troubleshooting experience, with a focus on root cause analysis and process improvement.

• Proven ability to effectively work and communicate with local and remote teams, including stakeholders at all levels.

• Experience in managing test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr)

• Experience in black box, gray box, white box and negative testing

• Experience in developing and implementing QA strategies and test plans for complex projects.

• Mentoring and guiding junior QA engineers on best practices and testing techniques.

• Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).

• Experience in leading and participating in test reviews and retrospectives.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and escalate critical defects.
