Job Description 1. Test Planning and Management: Design appropriate Test Plans and Test Strategies for projects. Analyze and review Junior, Mid-level, and Senior team members' work plans to ensure adherence to standards. Define comprehensive Test Cases and Test Scenarios to cover both business and technical requirements. Coordinate with development teams and other relevant stakeholders. 2. QA Team Management: Oversee and mentor QA team members. Assign testing tasks based on individual expertise. Provide training and guidance on new tools and techniques within the QA process. Lead the team to ensure timely delivery of work according to the established plan. 3. Sprint Management: Conduct both manual and automated testing. Analyze test results and report bugs in detail. Perform regression testing and performance testing. Requirement Male / Female Age 25 - 35 years old *** แต่ถ้าประสบการณ์ได้ แต่อายุเกิน ก็รับพิจารณาค่ะ Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) Proficiency in automation testing tools such as: Selenium /Appium / JUnit / Cypress / Postman (for API Testing) Ability to design effective Test Cases and Test Plans for manual testing Experience in Performance Testing using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner Skillful in using Test Management Tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr Knowledge of API Testing, including REST and SOAP API Testing Management Skills : Planning: Effectively plan testing processes, aligning with project timelines and resource constraints, in collaboration with the team. Team Management: Allocate tasks to team members / Provide guidance and coaching Risk Assessment: Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Prioritization: Efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Communication: Clearly convey technical information to diverse audiences, including development teams, management, and stakeholders. Soft Skills : Attention to Detail: Meticulously identify system issues and errors. Analytical Thinking: Systematically analyze problems and propose solutions. Problem-Solving: Make sound decisions in complex situations. Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with development teams, DevOps teams, and stakeholders.
