Recruitment: Chinese Assistant (Chinese+Thai) working at Thong Lor 13 Bangkok
Job description
We are looking for a Chinese Assistant who is fluent in Chinese and Thai to join our team at Thong Lor 13. As a Chinese Assistant , you will assist with daily administrative affairs of the company , support management and participate in connecting internal and external resources.
Job requirements
Fluent in both Chinese and Thai language, preference will be given to those who are proficient in English
College degree or above, administration or related major is preferred
Applicants with more than 1 year of administrative assistant experience will be given priority
Proficient in using MS office and other office software
Have good communication skills, be careful and pay attention to details
Have strong problem-solving skill and flexibility
Responsibility
Document management, administrative support, meeting minutes and scheduling
Thai-Chinese / Thai-English language translation, assistance in writing and proofreading documents
Responsible for liaison and coordination with partners and government agencies
Support supervisors in completing temporary assignments
Office supplies management and other administrative related matters
Full time ฿27,000 – ฿40,000 per month
Working place: Thong Lor 13 Bangkok
Business hours: Monday - Friday 9 am.-6pm. Saturday 9 am.-12 am. (Sunday holiday)
