Receptionist / Waiter / Waitress

1. รับผิดชอบในการบริการ และอำนวยความสะดวกให้แก่ลูกค้า รวมถึงรักษามาตรฐานการบริการให้ดีสม่ำเสมอ 2. บริการเสริฟอาหาร และเครื่องดื่ม, ตัดเตรียมโต๊ะอาหาร, ทำความสะอาดโต๊ะอาหาร 3.ดูแลความสะอาดในส่วนที่ตนรับผิดชอบ ดูแลความเรียบร้อ พร้อมให้บริการลูกค้าเสมอ 4. ดูแล จัดเก็บอุปกรณ์ (โต๊ะ เก้าอี้ จาน) ให้เรียบร้อยทั้งก่อนเวลาที่มีงาน และหลังจากจบงาน 5. สร้างความประทับ และประสบการณ์ที่ดีแก่ลูกค้าที่มาใช้บริการ 6. ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายอย่างเคร่งครัด

Previous work experience in 4-5 star hotels and/or fine dining restaurants is preferred 3. Proficient in English (additional language skills are a plus) 4. Strong customer service skills Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., phone systems, printers) 5. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create memorable dining experiences 6. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate menu details and provide recommendations 7. In-depth knowledge of fine-dining etiquette, menu items, and wine pairings
