IT Helpdesk Support (สัญญาจ้าง 3 เดือน)

1. Provide technical support for hardware and software issues

2. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals

3. Set up and manage employee email accounts and network access

4. Perform routine maintenance tasks on computer systems, such as updating software and running antivirus scans

5. Provide Support on Company website & company social media channel as assigned such as Edit, changing content, design & features, edit text, replace images, and adjust other, Monitoring company website, overseeing client visit.

6. Collaborate with other team within MMX Services to resolve technical issues

7. แนะนำให้เข้างานก่อนเวลาเริ่ม 15–30 นาที และออกงานหลังเวลาเลิกงาน ถ้าเช็กอินหลังเวลาเริ่ม หรือเช็กเอาต์ก่อนเวลาเลิก ระบบจะนับเป็นสายหรือออกก่อนเวลา และหักค่าแรงตามนาทีที่ขาดไป

1. จันทร์ - ศุกร์ (และเดือนละ 1 เสาร์) 09:00 - 18:00 น.

วุฒิการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคอมพิวเตอร์

มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านIT help desk support or similar role

มีความรู้ PS&AI และการเขียนเว็ปไซต์ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี

บริษัทไม่มีระบบหักเงินกรณีพนักงานมาสาย แต่จะมีผลตอนประเมินการทดลองงานและประเมินผลงานต่อไป
