1. Strong knowledge of Full Stack design, End-to-End architecture, developing, testing, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable backend services and APIs.

2. Experience in backend development using Spring Boot, Spring Boot Security, Spring, Node.js, PL/SQL, and SQL.

3. Proficient in Java or Kotlin.

4. Experience with PL/SQL, SQL, and NoSQL databases.

5. Understanding of database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MongoDB, including performance tuning and optimization.

6. Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture, including design and implementation of scalable and resilient systems.

7. Experience with containerization platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)

8. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, including automated deployment and infrastructure as code.

9. Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure, including cost optimization and security best practices.

10. Mentoring and guiding junior developers on backend development best practices.

11. Experience in leading technical projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

12. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
