Job Description - Provide technical support for Microsoft 365-related issues and ensure minimal downtime. - Develop custom applications and solutions using Microsoft PowerApps to meet business needs. - Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT requirements and provide appropriate solutions. - Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring all systems are up to date and running smoothly. - Document IT procedures, configurations, and support activities. - Conduct training sessions for employees on new technologies and software. - Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing timely resolutions. - Assist in managing IT projects and rolling out new applications and systems. Requirement [Must] - An English CV is required to apply - Gender: No preference, Thai nationality, Age 25-32 years old - Bachelor’s Degree in Information System or any IT related fields - At least 1 year of experience in IT support/ help desk - Must have experience in Microsoft 365 - Good command of spoken and written English (Interview conducted in English)
