1. Team Leadership & Development - Lead and manage the Finance Team with a clear reporting structure. - Set objectives and KPIs, monitor team performance and provide guidance and coaching to ensure achievement. - Mentor and develop the team’s technical skills (accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, tax compliance) as well as communication and leadership capabilities. - Foster a culture of accountability, high performanceand continuous improvement. Financial Strategy & Planning - Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives. - Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process. - Monitor and analyze financial performance against plans, providing insights to support business growth and strategic decision-making. Financial Reporting & Analysis - Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss and Cash Flow statements. - Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax regulations and internal policies. - Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, risks and opportunities. Tax & Compliance - Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, laws and reporting requirements. - Develop effective tax planning strategies to optimize the company’s tax position. - Strengthen internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure transparency. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Provide financial advice and reporting to senior leadership for informed decision-making. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and business initiatives. - Act as a financial advisor to both management and stakeholders to ensure financial health of the organization. ***Please attach your english CV***

คุณสมบัติ

1. เพศ: ไม่จำกัด ช่วงอายุ: ไม่จำกัด วุฒิการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรี - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. - Minimum 10 years of experience in finance with at least 5 years in the shipping or logistics industry. - Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, accounting principles, tax regulations and internal controls. - Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to develop and inspire teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide actionable insights. - Excellent communication and presentation skills with proficiency in English (both written and spoken). - Experience in shipping, maritime logistics or related industries will be considered an advantage.
