JOB SPECIFICATION: - Greeting and assisting all callers in a professional and courteous manner. - Managing Phone Call Answer incoming calls promptly, direct them to the appropriate department - To obtain guests information and handling all guest calls - Provide outstanding service to guests via phone, email, chat - Preparation of the daily arrival / departure list JOB REQUIREMENT: - Service focused personality is essential - Previous experience in international hotel, preferably 4/5-star property -Prior experience working with PMS system Protel or Opera - Strong communication English skill
