1. Customer Communication & Support ● Respond to inquiries from customers in India, Singapore, and Indonesia in a timely and professional manner. ● Communicate clearly in English with customers and internal teams. ● Monitor customer orders and follow up to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. ● Continuously improve communication and processes to better serve customers. 2. Sales Administration & Order Management ● Prepare and process quotations, purchase orders (PO), and shipping documents accurately using the company’s order management system or ERP. ● Keep customer data and sales records up to date and accurate. ● Assist in preparing sales forecasts for management. ● Support sales activities and perform other related tasks as assigned. 3. Coordination with Internal & External Parties ● Coordinate closely with factories in Japan, China, and the USA to ensure smooth production and delivery. ● Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. 4. Logistics & Shipping Operations ● Work with logistics and shipping teams to arrange shipments and solve any delivery issues. ● Possess basic knowledge of logistics, including shipping processes, incoterms, and documentation flow.
