1. ตำแหน่ง: ผู้จัดการฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล (HR Supervisor หรือ HR Manager) Payroll Management Preparing and processing monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Validating time attendance data, overtime, allowances, and deductions. Managing payroll tax filings and social security contributions. Handling payroll queries and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of payroll records. Maintaining and updating employee data in Workday. Employee Relations (ER) Supporting the development and implementation of employee relations policies and procedures. Handling employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution with fairness and compliance. Building positive employee relations through regular engagement and communication initiatives. Providing advice and guidance to managers on ER matters to ensure consistency and legal compliance. General Affairs (GA) Overseeing office administration, facilities management, vendor coordination, and office supplies procurement. Ensuring workplace safety and compliance with local regulations. Supporting company events, activities, and welfare programs. Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Administering employee compensation and benefits programs. Conducting market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitive pay structures. Analyzing compensation data and recommending improvements to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
