รายละเอียดงาน

1. - Be responsible for giving advice on general law and labor law. - Taking care of the rules, work regulations and employment conditions. - Reviewing, revising and giving opinions for the contracts of the company. - Contacting and preparing documents for any further actions of the company with government agencies and/or private sections. - Coordinating with police and court on various cases. - Coordinating with internal departments within the company and general law work, following up new compliance, various licenses of the Company, Taking care of passport, visa and work permit for EXPAT and employees. - Inspection of the Company's contract, storing and controlling the supervision of contract and important documents of the Company. - รับผิดชอบดูแลให้คำปรึกษาด้านกฎหมายทั่วไปและกฎหมายแรงงาน - ดูแลเรื่องกฎระเบียบ ข้อบังคับในการทำงานและสภาพการจ้าง - ตรวจสอบและให้ความเห็นในการจัดทำนิติกรรมและสัญญา - ติดต่อและจัดทำเอกสารเพื่อการดำเนินการใดๆ ของบริษัทกับหน่วยงานราชการ และ/หรือ หน่วยงานเอกชน - ทำหน้าที่ประสานงาน กับตำรวจ ศาล ในเรื่องคดีความต่างๆ - ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในบริษัทฯ และงานกฎหมายทั่วไป การติดตามกฎหมายใหม่ การขอใบอนุญาตต่างๆ การต่อวีซ่าและใบอนุญาตทำงาน - การตรวจสัญญาของบริษัทฯ การจัดเก็บและควบคุมการดูแลเอกสารสัญญาและเอกสารสำคัญของบริษัทฯ

1. เพศ: หญิง ช่วงอายุ: 22 - 18 ปี วุฒิการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรี คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร Bachelor's Degree in Law. New graduated very welcome. Good command of English both verbal and written. TOEIC score 550 up. Good knowledge of Commercial Law, Criminal Law and Labor Law. Able to work in Thanyaburi, Pathumthani. Gender : Female
