1. Job Summary As a Patient Navigator, you will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in guiding them throughout their journey at Menscape Clinic. You will assist patients from the first inquiry until their treatment is completed, ensuring excellent communication, comfort, and confidentiality at every step. 🛠 Key Responsibilities 1.Serve as the primary liaison between patients and the clinic. 2. Provide patients with information about services, doctors, treatments, and pricing in a professional and empathetic manner. 3.Coordinate appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups to ensure smooth patient flow. 4.Accompany patients during consultations and explain next steps clearly. 5.Support foreign patients with English communication and ensure cultural sensitivity. 6.Assist patients with registration, consent forms, and any required documentation. 7.Handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email, responding within a timely manner. 8.Record patient information accurately into the CRM system. 9.Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and the telesales team to provide seamless service. 10.Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality according to clinic standards. 👤 Qualifications 1.Male , age 22–35. 2.Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, hospitality, or related field. 3.Excellent communication skills in Thai and English (speaking & writing). 4.Patient, empathetic, and service-minded personality. 5.Experience in healthcare, customer service, or hospitality preferred. 6.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. 7.Able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced clinic environment. 8.Growth mindset and ability to work with a multidisciplinary team.
