1. Film and edit short-form videos (15–60 sec), optimized for Reels, TikTok, Shorts. Record, edit, and publish 2–4 podcast episodes per month (audio + video). Repurpose podcasts into 30–40 short clips for social. Add bilingual subtitles (Thai + English) to all videos. Copywriting & Social Media Write hooks, captions, ad copy, and blog posts in Thai (adapt to English with AI). Ensure all content is compliant with Meta/Google ad rules for medical topics. Post daily content, monitor performance, and engage community. AI Integration Use AI tools (Descript, OpusClip, ChatGPT, Whisper, MidJourney, Canva) for faster writing, translation, editing, and creative testing. Continuously test new AI workflows to improve content speed and quality. Reporting & Optimization Track and report on content performance (views, CTR, engagement, leads). Recommend new creative formats and campaigns based on results. Run monthly performance reviews to refine content strategy. Expected Output by 90 Days 40–50 short-form videos per month (TH + EN). 16–20 static posts (carousels, graphics) per month (TH + EN). 2–4 podcast episodes per month → 30–40 repurposed shorts. 4–6 bilingual blog articles per month. 👉 ~120–150 content assets per month across platforms. Requirements 3+ years in content creation, video editing, or creative marketing. Strong skills in video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut AI). Confident in filming doctors, patients, and lifestyle content. Native Thai + good English (speaking & writing). Experience writing ad copy and captions (healthcare or sensitive topics = plus). Highly organized: able to deliver multiple assets weekly. Curious and proactive about using AI tools in daily workflow.
