Senior Account Administrator

1. • Record AP, AR, and GL transactions accurately and on time in the accounting system. • Verify accounting documents (e.g., receipts, tax invoices, payment vouchers) for accuracy and completeness. • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations. • Maintain fixed asset register and monthly calculate depreciation. • Prepare and submit monthly and annual VAT and withholding tax filings. • Reconcile tax accounts and ensure proper documentation is maintained. • Prepare and issue customer invoices based on contracts or project milestones. • Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with clients as needed. • Collect, verify, and process employee reimbursement claims in a timely and accurate manner. • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports. • Tracking, recording and maintaining the related documents in the data room • Prepare payment via online banking and follow up the process until completeness
