Payroll Management: -Oversee and verify payroll processes, including annual tax submissions (TAX and VAT) -Address and resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues in a timely manner. -Prepare payroll reports for management review and approval. -Collaborate with the outsourced vendor to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency. Compensation & Benefits: -Design, implement, and administer compensation and benefits programs that align with the organization’s business objectives. -Manage Social Security (SSO) and Group Insurance enrolments and terminations for new hires and exiting employees. -Handle Provident Fund (PVD) enrolments, terminations, and adjustments. Employee Relations: -Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and payroll. -Provide consultation and organize labor relations initiatives that enhance mutual understanding between union , employees and the company. Administrative Support: -Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including new hires, promotions, transfers, and salary adjustments. -Coordinate visa and work permit applications and renewals for expatriate employees. ***Please attach your english CV***
