1. -Provide support to the Director of Production Operations in assessing the current status of factory operations -Collaborate with each workshop to develop improvement plans, track the implementation of each workshop's annual improvement plan and provide support -Assist the production director to improve and optimize the production process and improve the management system of the production operation center -Organize lean production teams, participate in the discussion of various lean management plans, and participate in the implementation of lean management -Based on the annual improvement plan, actively promote the project progress to ensure timely closure of projects and achievement of production efficiency, inventory and other goals -Optimize the workstation layout, employee work actions and methods according to the actual situation of the production site, and standardize the improvement method operations -According to the company's development needs, timely introduce advanced production modes (semi-automation, automation) -Assist and promote the 5S & TPM management of each production workshop and continue to advance it -Responsible for the implementation and management of rationalization suggestions of the production operation center, and continue to promote them -Responsible for the promotion, summary and reporting of monthly lean improvements of the lean team -Responsible for promoting the beneficial results of improvement activities in other production lines and workshops -Responsible for the training of lean production in the production operation center -Complete temporary tasks assigned by the leadership

More than 3 years of IE professional work experience, with project improvement experience 3. Familiar with the company's product production process, familiar with lean improvement knowledge and IE improvement tools 4. Able to independently complete assembly line balance analysis, process improvement, and on-site improvement; Able to be familiar with using IE techniques to improve and achieve the purpose of reducing costs and improving efficiency 5. Proficient in using CAD, SolidWorks, office and other software 6. Have strong communication and coordination skills and innovation, learning ability, and strong teamwork awareness 7. Have a strong sense of responsibility and stress resistance
