- Responsible for overall safety, health and environmental management at the factory or worksite. - Establish, implement and maintain safety standards and regulations in accordance with local laws and company policies. - Conduct regular safety patrols and inspections to identify potential hazards and propose corrective actions. - Investigate accidents, incidents and near-miss cases and develop preventive measures. - Prepare, review and update safety manuals and work procedures. - Plan and conduct safety training and awareness programs for employees and contractors. - Provide safety orientation for new employees and subcontractor staff. - Manage emergency response plans including fire drills and evacuation training. - Control and ensure the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). - Prepare monthly and annual safety reports for management and authorities.
