  1. We are seeking a highly capable, adaptable and business minded Executive Personal Assistant to support the CEO in both professional and personal matters. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong business acumen, outstanding communication abilities and the capacity to operate in a fast-moving, multicultural environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, discreet and committed to making the CEO’s life and the company’s operations run more efficiently. This is a demanding, high-responsibility position that requires maturity, autonomy and the ability to work with international teams. Executive & Administrative Support - Manage the CEO’s agenda, scheduling and priorities to ensure optimal time efficiency. - Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare briefings and follow up on action items. - Handle emails, inquiries and price requests from customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses. - Assist in improving team coordination, workflow and communication across departments. - Support ongoing strategic and operational projects. Project & Business Coordination Lead and assist with various company growth initiatives such as: - Factory or office relocations - Machine procurement and supplier coordination - Business process improvement projects - Liaise between the CEO and teams in Thailand, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka and Switzerland. - Collaborate with Swiss counterparts including evening availability when required due to time zone differences. Personal Assistance & Lifestyle Management - Arrange travel, accommodation and logistical planning. - Manage personal bookings (restaurants, medical appointments, transportation, etc.). - Provide day-to-day support to simplify and optimize the CEO’s personal schedule. Travel Requirements - Occasional travel to Hong Kong, Switzerland and Colombo (Sri Lanka). - Domestic travel as occasionally required. ***Please attach your english CV***

คุณสมบัติ

  1. เพศ: ไม่จำกัด ช่วงอายุ: ไม่จำกัด วุฒิการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรี Language Skills - Fluent French (mandatory) – native level or near-native. - Fluent Thai (spoken & written) – essential to handle local workflow and communication. - English proficiency is an advantage. Professional Skills - Strong computer literacy: Outlook, Excel, Calendar management, AI tools and general tech-savviness. - Excellent organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and partners. Business Background - Experience working in a corporate environment or SME is highly preferred. - Understanding of business operations, customer processes and internal workflow management. - Diplomacy, confidentiality and professionalism are essential. Work Arrangement - Primarily Work From Home. - Typically 1–2 days per week at the office (flexible depending on workload). - Must be highly reachable and responsive during working hours. - Ability to adapt to Swiss time zone when needed.

  1. The budget for this role is 40,000 – 150,000 THB, depending heavily on experience, language skills, adaptability and the candidate’s overall capability to support high-level executive functions. - Social Security - Bonus based on company performance - Annual salary adjustment
