1. 1. Manage and control the quality of supplier products and manage supplier quality compliance. 2. Conduct supplier quality audits and inspections, and support suppliers in establishing and enhancing their quality management systems. 3. Effectively manage supplier product quality issues and provide support to suppliers in driving continuous improvement initiatives. 4. Strong and familiarity with IATF16949, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, and related methodologies, and perform PPAP reviews and approvals for new supplier project introductions. 5. Understand the core functions of BMS (Battery Management System), including battery voltage & temperature collection, SOX estimation, insulation detection, fast/slow charging, thermal management, fault diagnosis, etc., and possess problem-analysis and problem-solving abilities. คุณสมบัติ 1. Age 30-35 years old. 2. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields. 3.More than 3 years of relevant experience, familiar with the processes and on-site quality management of automotive electronic components (such as BMS, body controllers, multimedia head units, T-BOX, etc.). 4.Proficient in using quality management tools, with strong problem-solving ability, ability to work under pressure, and good teamwork skills. 5.Able to communicate in Thai / Chinese (or English). (Chinese/English requires oral communication only). Can communicate with Thai and Chinese colleagues. 6.Taiwanese applicants are also acceptable. 7.Able to travel for work to other locations (Bangkok / China). 8.Start working at the beginning of 2026.
