1. Accountant Tasks & responsibilities 1. Oversee and execute all accounting and financial transactions. 2. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings. 3. Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and GL to maintain accuracy. 4. Ensure timely and accurate processing of bank payments. 5. Prepare and manage balance sheets and profit and loss statements. 6. Collaborate effectively with external auditors. 7. Prepare and file tax documents, including VAT and withholding tax. 8. Compile and present comprehensive financial reports. 9. Prepare and issue client invoices, receipt, witholding tax including timekeeping and matter-based billing. Qualifications & experience - Educational Level: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or a relevant field. - More than 3 years of experience in finance and accounting. - Strong knowledge of Thai and international financial reporting standards. - Comprehensive understanding of Thai tax regulations, including VAT compliance. - Exceptional organizational, time management, communication, and teamwork skills. - Ability to communicate effectively in English. - Proficiency in accounting software and data analysis tools. - Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.
