Creative Operations Manager

We are launching a new trend-driven fashion Instagram channel and are seeking a highly capable Creative Operations Manager to join our team. This role will oversee all backend creative and operational processes, ensuring seamless execution across content production, scheduling, workflow coordination, and team alignment. You will enable the CEO to focus on being the face of the brand, the creative director, and the primary decision-maker. As the CEO’s right hand, you will drive structure, efficiency, and operational excellence within a fast-scaling fashion creator brand. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Creative Prep & Coordination • Prepare wardrobe, accessories, shoes, props daily. • Manage steaming, accessory selection, matching outfits. • Maintain lookbook/inventory library. • Create weekly shoot schedules. Operational Logistics • Pick up/return fashion items from boutiques. • Book studios, makeup artists, drivers, locations. • Handle budgeting, receipts, and small cash flow. • Maintain daily schedule for the CEO. Team Communication • Communicate CEO’s instructions to SMM and videographer. • Ensure shoot days run smoothly. • Maintain clear calendars and timelines. Admin Duties • Track brand collaboration deadlines. • Maintain wardrobe storage. • Create checklists for each shoot day. REQUIREMENTS • Excellent organizational skills. • Strong sense of fashion & aesthetics. • Good communication & coordination experience. • Energetic, proactive personality. • Must be comfortable handling logistics & errands. • Good command in English.
