Videographer and Editor

We are launching a new trend-driven fashion Instagram channel and are seeking a talented Videographer and Editor to join our team. This role will be responsible for creating high-quality, visually compelling video content that drives growth and engagement for a rapidly scaling fashion-focused social media presence. You will own the full video production process—from shooting and lighting to editing, color grading, and optimizing content for Instagram Reels. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Filming • Shoot 4–6 reels per week (lookbooks, hauls, styling, GRWM). • Use creative angles, fashion lighting, gimbal shots. • Capture behind-the-scenes and lifestyle clips. Editing • Edit reels in fast-paced, trendy style (CapCut/Premiere). • Handle transitions, color grading, audio sync. • Prepare 2–3 editing variations per reel when needed. Creative Direction • Suggest visual themes, cinematography styles, transitions. • Maintain brand visual consistency. • Scout shoot locations (cafes, studios, BTS spots). Production Management • Maintain gear, lighting, tripods, microphones. • Organize and archive footage properly. • Prepare moodboards for shoot days. REQUIREMENTS • Fashion, beauty, or lifestyle videography experience. • A portfolio showing high-quality Reels. • Strong sense of color, movement, rhythm. • Knows how to make Reels “stop-the-scroll.” • Familiar with Bangkok fashion-friendly shooting spots. • Good command in English.
