Social Media Manager

We are launching a new trend-driven fashion Instagram channel and are seeking fresh, creative talent to join our team. This role will be responsible for building, growing, and managing a rapidly scaling fashion-focused social media presence—owning the content strategy, posting cadence, quality control, analytics, trend spotting, and collaborations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Content Strategy & Execution • Create monthly and quarterly content strategies aligned with fashion trends. • Build weekly content calendars. • Identify daily trending Reels formats & audios. • Provide script + hook ideas to the CEO before each shoot. Growth & Engagement • Optimize posting times, hashtags, SEO, and distribution. • Conduct weekly analytics reviews. • Manage comment engagement & DMs. • Implement follower growth campaigns. Brand Partnerships • Identify potential fashion brands for collaboration. • Manage outreach, negotiate deliverables. • Maintain brand CRM (tracking collaborations, deliveries, and timelines). Team Coordination • Work with Videographer for shot lists. • Work with Ops Manager for scheduling, wardrobe planning. • Communicate content priorities clearly. REQUIREMENTS • 4–6 years of Instagram-focused social media experience. • Strong track record growing at least one account 0 → 50K–200K. • Expert in IG Reels strategy. • Strong fashion sense and storytelling capability. • Experience with analytics tools (Meta, Insights, Notion, etc.) • Good command in English
