Key Responsibilities Daily / Ongoing Design Instagram posts, stories, and visual layouts Create menu layouts (tasting, à la carte, beverage) Produce event posters, announcements, and internal visuals Design signage updates and printed materials Support email visuals and digital communications Maintain and organize brand templates and assets Photography & Visual Content Photograph dishes, ingredients, and space when needed Edit photos in Baan Tepa’s visual tone Prepare content for social and web use Brand Systems Ensure consistency across all visual outputs Help build and maintain brand guidelines Organize visual archive and file systems Collaboration Work closely with chefs, beverage team, and communications Translate stories (ingredients, producers, sustainability work) into visual format
