Sponsorship Executive / Senior Executive (Music Festival / Party Event)

Key Responsibilities • Identify and approach potential sponsors aligned with the event’s audience and positioning • Develop and customize sponsorship packages (Branding, Marketing Exposure, Booth Activation, etc.) • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to brands and agencies • Negotiate sponsorship terms and close deals to meet revenue targets • Manage sponsor accounts from pre-event planning through on-site execution • Coordinate with Production, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure sponsor visibility and activation are delivered as agreed • Oversee sponsor setup and provide on-site support during event days • Prepare post-event reports including exposure summary and performance recap Qualifications • 2–4 years of experience in Sponsorship, Event Sales, Brand Partnership, or Business Development • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Fluent in English (spoken and written) — must be confident communicating with international partners • Ability to speak Chinese is a strong advantage • Existing brand/agency connections and industry network will be a strong plus • Experience working with Lifestyle, Beverage, Alcohol, FMCG, Tech, or Entertainment brands is a plus • Understanding of music festival, EDM, or party event environment • Ability to manage multiple sponsors and deadlines simultaneously • Flexible to work evenings/weekends during event periods
