Engineering Manager

About the role: As an Engineering Manager, you will lead the engineering team to ensure the property operates efficiently, maintaining high standards of safety, functionality, and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities: Manage and lead the engineering team to maintain property standards and functionality. Oversee preventive maintenance programs for all building systems and equipment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, legal requirements, and company policies. Monitor and manage energy consumption, implementing energy-saving initiatives. Supervise contractors and vendors for repair, maintenance, and renovation projects. Prepare and manage operational and capital expenditure budgets. Coordinate with other departments to address maintenance needs efficiently. Prepare reports on maintenance activities, system performance, and energy usage. Ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Support General Managers with technical advice and engineering solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in engineering management, preferably in hospitality or property management. Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively. Good communication skills in English and Thai. Proficiency in maintenance management software is an advantage. Why to apply?
