Engineering Manager (Rojana Industrial / Rayong)

Job Title Engineering Manager (Rojana Industrial / Rayong) Salary 65,000 THB - 85,000 THB Job Description -Manage Engineering Department personnel and drive continuous improvement initiatives -Design and plan production processes for new products to ensure smooth manufacturing -Prepare documentation for both new and mass-produced products (e.g., work manuals, BOMs, assembly diagrams, PFMEA, control plans) -Maintain and manage tools, jigs, dies, and equipment, including planning and monitoring regular inspections -Analyze and improve work processes and standard times; update documents to improve quality and efficiency -Provide technical support and training to production staff at all process steps -Set price estimates for new products and develop cost reduction plans to meet customer targets -Investigate root causes of quality issues or complaints; develop and follow up on corrective action plans -Support Technical and R&D teams by offering industrial engineering input during product development -Collaborate with the Purchasing team to assess and improve supplier capabilities (existing and new) -Ensure compliance with company policies and perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors -Oversee and report on departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Requirement -Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering related field -Experience in Production Engineer / Process Engineer or related experience -Expertise in valve technology or manufacturing industrial -Proficient in using SolidWorks and AutoCAD programs -Expert in preparing and improving PFMEA and Control Plan Familiarity with two or more production processes, such as: • Machining/Turning • Casting • Spraying • Painting • Vulcanization • Assembly -Possess a good attitude, enthusiasm, responsibility, dedication, and a willingness to learn; able to work well under pressure -Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental compliance, and quality systems (ISO standards) -Excellent leadership and team management capabilities -Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills -Effective communication and interpersonal skills -Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments -Expertise in project management and budget management -Fluency in English (business - conversation) -Chinese language is preferred (special consideration) Benefit -Social Security -KPI performance bonus -Meal allowance -Accommodation allowance -Transportation allowance -KPI performance bonus Working Hour 08:00 - 17:00 Holiday Sat-Sun (Public Holidays)
