Job Title Quality Manager Salary 50,000 THB - 80,000 THB Job Description Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the setup and management of quality systems for a new manufacturing plant. This role will be responsible for establishing quality standards, building and developing the quality team, ensuring customer quality compliance, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. This is a key leadership role for candidates with strong hands-on experience in quality system implementation, customer audit management, and team leadership in a manufacturing environment. - Lead the setup and management of the factory quality system for a new manufacturing plant - Establish and manage quality functions including IQC, IPQC, and OQC teams - Develop inspection standards, quality procedures, and implement ISO 9001 quality management systems - Manage customer quality issues, coordinate customer communication, and support customer audits - Prepare quality reports and corrective action documentation such as 8D reports - Analyze quality issues in production processes and drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives - Conduct on-site quality inspections and utilize testing/measurement equipment to ensure product quality standards - Lead, coach, train, and evaluate quality team members - Coordinate quality-related matters with headquarters in China - Travel overseas or visit customer sites as required Requirement - Minimum 8 years of experience in quality management within a large-scale manufacturing environment - At least 3 years of experience in a Quality Manager / Quality Supervisor leadership role - Proven experience in setting up quality systems and quality teams from scratch, including: - Quality team establishment (IQC / IPQC / OQC) - Inspection standards development - ISO 9001 implementation - Team hiring, training, and performance evaluation - Strong experience handling international customer audits, quality system audits, and customer quality communication independently - Experience in quality processes such as QSA / QPA, customer audit response, and quality compliance management Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering fields such as: - Mechanical Engineering - Mechatronics - Automation Engineering - Electronics Engineering - Ability to read engineering drawings and understand Geometric Tolerance (GD&T) - Strong understanding of drawing interpretation and tolerance control Preferred / Advantage - Experience in implementing ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / ISO 14001 - Experience managing quality systems in manufacturing plants in Thailand - Familiar with TISI standards, Thai labor laws, and environmental regulations Professional certifications such as: - Six Sigma (Green Belt / Black Belt) - CQE - Experience using QMS / MES systems Benefit - Transportation allowance - Meal allowance - Attendance allowance - Annual health check-up - Uniform provided (2 sets) - Personal leave: 3 days/year - Annual leave: 6 days/year - Sick leave: 30 days/year - Public holidays: 13 days/year - Social Security - Bonus Working Hour 08:00 - 17:00 Holiday Sun
