พัฒนาเมนูอาหารที่มีความสร้างสรรค์ โดยคำนึงถึงข้อจำกัดด้านอาหารตามหลักโภชนาการ เตรียมและปรุงอาหารเช้าตามสูตรและมาตรฐานที่กำหนด จัดเตรียมและจัดระเบียบสถานีอาหารเช้าก่อนเริ่มให้บริการ ช่วยตรวจสอบและควบคุมสต็อกวัตถุดิบ ทำงานร่วมกับหัวหน้าเชฟและทีมงานครัวอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เ (Breakfast) - Create innovative and balanced dishes while considering dietary restrictions, seasonality, and guest preferences. - Prepare and cook breakfast dishes according to recipes and established standards. - Set up and organize the breakfast station before service. - Assist in monitoring and controlling inventory for ingredients, ensuring adequate stock levels. - Notify the Executive chef of any shortages or the need for replenishment. - Minimize food waste and maintain proper storage and rotation of ingredients. - Collaborate effectively with the Executive chef, and other kitchen team members.

เพศ: ไม่จำกัด ช่วงอายุ: 25 - 45 ปี วุฒิการศึกษา: มัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในตำแหน่งเชฟอาหารเช้า การทำงานที่มีความรวดเร็วและมีปริมาณงานสูง พร้อมสามารถปรุงอาหารเช้าที่มีคุณภาพได้ตามมาตรฐาน มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารจัดการงานภายในครัว และดูแลทีมพนักงานในครัว มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสารและภาวะผู้นำที่ดี สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ทั้งการสื่อสารและการปฏิบัติงาน** - Proven experience working as a Breakfast Chef in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality breakfast dishes. - Experience in managing kitchen operations and leading a team of kitchen staff. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities. - Strong command of the English language**
