Key Responsibilities ● Build genuine, long-term relationships with high-net-worth and VIP clients. ● Understand each client's aesthetic goals, lifestyle, and personal preferences to recommend suitable treatment plans. ● Manage the entire client journey, including inquiries, consultations, appointments, surgery coordination, follow-up, and aftercare. ● Deliver an exceptional, seamless, and hyper-personalized client experience at every touchpoint. ● Present treatment options with confidence, professionalism, and empathy while maintaining the highest ethical standards. ● Achieve individual monthly sales targets through consultative selling and relationship management. ● Maintain accurate client records and proactively follow up with prospects and existing clients. ● Coordinate closely with surgeons, nurses, and internal teams to ensure an outstanding client experience. ● Handle client concerns with professionalism, discretion, and a solution-oriented mindset.
