Design Engineer

• Design and develop metal stamping dies in accordance with customer requirements, quality standards, and company manufacturing processes. • Create, revise, and maintain engineering drawings using AutoCAD and related design software. • Calculate, summarize, and maintain standard product costing data. • Evaluate product and die design feasibility and recommend improvements to enhance productivity, reduce defects, and lower manufacturing costs. • Coordinate with Production, Tooling, Quality Control, Purchasing, and other related departments to ensure projects are completed on schedule. • Review and verify engineering drawings, Bills of Materials (BOM), and related technical documents. • Monitor die performance, analyze problems, and drive continuous improvement activities. • Prepare technical reports, standard documents, and project-related engineering records
