Quality Assurance Engineer (Gateway Chachengsao)

Job Title Quality Assurance Engineer (Gateway Chachengsao) Salary 16,000 THB - 17,000 THB Job Description • Support customer the audit process and products. • Prepare product co-check (new supplier and change) • Prepare PPAP approval for new suppliers.(and change) • Follow-up inspection of raw materials and the finished product For new products in the manufacturing process • Prepare inspection standard for customer approval. • Training to QC member. • Analyze defect from production process to find solution. • Coordinating and monitoring the Process Control related activities, • Maintaining continuous improvements of the control processes, • Preparing / updating Quality instructions/procedures for specific quality checkpoints, • Actively supporting and participating implementation of standards / regulations / rules in force on the product, consumer protection and management systems of the company. • Implement problem solving process to eliminate root cause of nonconforming parts/materials both internal and external • Establish 8D report (Customer complaint) and delivery it on time. • Drive continuous improvements related to Quality within • Review in-process production quality control system and improve system. Requirement Education Background : ㆍBachelor degree of Industrial Engineer , Mechanical, Materials or related filed. Certification / Licensing : - Processional Experiences : ㆍExperiences of Quality Assurance Engineer (Automotive) 0-3 years Knowledge : * Knowledge ISO/TS16949,TATF16949 * Knowledge in Inspection PPAP, Core Tools, APQP ㆍGD&T knowledge (Basic) ㆍ CMM knowledge (Basic) ㆍ Good command of computer ㆍ Good command English. Skills : •Good command of computer •Good command English.
