Finance Manager

1. • Manage local transactions to include GL, AR, AP, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Tax, and Cash management. • Ensure the proper entry and processing of accounting transactions in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures and US GAAP • Work closely with accountants and accounting mangers located in the US to ensure timely and materially accurate completion of monthly close responsibilities • Manage inter-company transactions • Review the financial statements each month for accuracy and validity. • Review financial information with GM and provide additional reporting and analysis as necessary • Prepare statutory accounts and support the annual statutory audit if necessary • Support and monitor internal controls, company policies, and departmental procedures • Work closely with staff in the US to prepare budget and forecast • Manage all local tax related issues • Supervise overall HR function including reviewing monthly payroll and its reconciliation
