Export Officer

- Register customer orders in system and communicate to customer with order confirmation / acknowledgement. - Organize the shipments / containers according to customer need (OTIF) and cost optimization. - Plan and book truck and vessel. - Issue invoice & packing list and coordinate with concerned parties for all required documents and attested from the relevant authorities. - Coordinate for export customs clearance timely. - Follow up with supply, FG warehouse, shipping and freight forwarders for delivery without delay. - Send all shipping documents to customers with the right information and right time for import clearance at destination. - Maintain all export documents, summarize exports for management and maintain KPI to reach the target. - Improve exports and ordering process. - Collaborate with internal and external parties for outbound shipments: UHP, customers, authorities, transport, shipping, freight forwarder,etc. - Manage all company export data & report.
