Qualification required: ❖ Female, Thai Nationality, age from 22-38 years ❖ Bachelor’s degree in related fields ❖ Experience 1 year at least in Sales support, Customer Service or Import & Export (Preferable, however fresh graduated persons are also welcomed) ❖ Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet application and related programs ❖ Energetic, enthusiastic and positive attitude ❖ Good command of both spoken and written English ❖ Good organization, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills ❖ Pleasant personality, friendly and service mind ❖ Accept to work on Saturday (normally only 2 SAT/year) ❖ Can start work immediately is most consider ➢ Job Description ❖ Handle the Sales documents: Quotation, P/O, Invoice, etc. ❖ Able to analyses, solve problems, work with deadlines and multi tasks ❖ Contact with customer and supplier in both local & overseas ❖ Control stock and follow up clients’ requirements: orders, deliveries, etc. ❖ Coordinate between Suppliers, Customers, Shipping agents and Sales ❖ Liaise with other departments: Logistics, B.O.I & Account ❖ Strong organization and follow-up skills
