Operation Manager

- Attain the revenue and profit objectives of the company through effective management of people, product, service, and facility processes. - Understand and modify the existing operations systems including labor management, inventory management, accountability (including reward and recognition) logistics and communications to reduce operational complexities in support of the company’s ability and goal to expedite store expansion. - Recruitment and development of operations personnel including crafting job descriptions & compensation levels, candidate interviews, performance evaluations, incentive programs and supervising the training program. - Provide strong leadership to operations team to ensure customers’ expectations are exceeded routinely. Coach operations team on how to achieve and maintain operational excellence. - Develop policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of goals related to revenue growth, cost of goods sold, labor costs and other operating performance indicators daily. - Increase revenue through up-selling programs and improve employee product knowledge, training, and confidence. - Interact regularly with executive team and other department heads to ensure that company’s operational priorities are aligned with total company direction. - Ensure all outlets operate at a high-quality level of Q.S.C. standard with emphasis on customer service while adhering to all company health and safety standards and procedures. - Support the customer service team to resolve customer matters with a closed-loop investigation to ensure issues are permanently resolved. - Understand and comply with all company policies and procedures. - Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
