BONDED STORE SENIOR SUPERVISOR

1. Record and implement telexes and latest amendment concerning bond handling. 2. Liaise with airlines on bond handing requirements. 3. Dispatch and receive goods from cargo terminal. 4. Prepare bars and check quantity. 5. Drive company vehicles and meet aircraft. 6. Ensure all items uplifted meets the exact airlines requirements. Bar carts properly sealed and seal number recorded. 7. Control stocks level. 8. Prepare monthly reports to airlines. 9. Prepare consumption reports daily for Customs. 10. Provide reference, guidance and training to staff, and resolve problems referred. 11. Assist the superior in discharging his duties. 12. Monitor to make sure that house rules are followed and enforced by proper counseling and disciplinary actions. 13. Perform and carry out other related duties or special tasks as assigned, and all instructions from the Bonded Store Department.
