ประกาศรับสมัครพนักงาน เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่าย IT Support ด้าน Microsoft Intune คุณสมบัติ: -ปริญญาตรีด้านไอที -ความรู้ภาษาอังกฤษดี สื่อสารได้ (ลูกค้าต่างประเทศ 95%) -ความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบปฏิบัติการ Windows 10 และ/หรือ MacOS และ/หรือ iOS -มีทักษะพื้นฐานในการแก้ไขปัญหาระบบปฏิบัติการ (troubleshooting) -ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ (มีการ Training ให้) ขอบเขตงาน: -ทำงานเกี่ยวกับ Microsoft 365 (โดยเน้นที่ Microsoft Intune) -แก้ไขปัญหาด้านไอที ให้ลูกค้า -แก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Microsoft Intune คุณสมบัติ ถ้ามี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ: -ความรู้เกี่ยวกับภาษาสคริปต์ Powershell ความสามารถในการเขียนสคริปต์ขั้นพื้นฐาน -มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานกับระบบ MacOS, มีความรู้ด้านภาษาสคริปต์ Sh / Bash / Zsh -มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานกับ Active Directory โดยเฉพาะในด้าน GPO Policy -ประสบการณ์ในการทำงานเกี่ยวกับ Microsoft Office365 โอกาสที่จะได้รับจากการร่วมงานกับเรา: -ทำงานกับลูกค้าต่างประเทศ (เช่น จีน สหรัฐอเมริกา อเมริกาใต้ ตะวันออกกลาง เอเชีย) -ทำงานกับระบบล่าสุดของ cloud ของบริษัทชั้นนำของโลก -ได้รับการสอนงาน(Training) จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยี cloud ของ Microsoft -ได้โอกาสในการพัฒนาความรู้และได้ใบรับรองจาก Microsoft -บรรยากาศการทำงานสบายๆ สามารถทำงานได้ทั้งที่บ้านและที่ออฟฟิศ สลับกัน (Work from home and office) Requirements: -Bachelor degree in IT -Good communication in English language -Working knowledge of Windows 10 OS/MacOS/iOS -Have basic skill of operating system troubleshooting -Fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply Responsibilities: Work in the Microsoft 365 environment (with focus on Microsoft Intune) Providing support for IT departments of our customers Managing the customers' device base (Windows, iOS, Mac, Android) Diagnose and fix problems related to Microsoft Intune Not required, but would be a plus: Knowledge of the Powershell scripting language, the ability to write simple scripts Experience in working with MacOS systems, working knowledge of the Sh / Bash / Zsh scripting language Experience in working with Active Directory, in particular the ability to manage through GPO policies Experience in working with the Microsoft Office365 environment Working opportunities and career path: Working with international clients (e.g. China, USA, South America, Middle East, Asia) Working with the latest cloud-based technologies at the leading company in the field of device management Ability to learn from the Microsoft cloud technology experts Opportunity to develop knowledge and obtain Microsoft certification Work in a pleasant atmosphere, with very flexible conditions, hybrid working style (Work from home and office) D C S SIAM CO.,LTD https://dcs-it.pl/en/
