Head of Retail

Responsibilities: 1. Merchandising procurement strategy adapted to business requirements and identification of sourcing opportunities. 2. Maintain quality and legality of products produced in line with customer specifications. 3. Maintain policies for Retail Stores and Sales Operations Department. 4. Support the retail environment design and construction teams. 5. Survey for the retail store location. 6. Develop and execute brand elements/merchandising/signage/digital standards for retail environments. 7. Lead creative development and create motivating communications to target segments. 8. Track the performance of the retail business and evolve key priorities in line with performance. 9. Review and analyze sales statistics and markets to determine customer needs to achieve maximum market share and sales growth. 10. Ensures asset protection and supply control contributing to profit and loss management. 11. Prepares and monitors budget. Qualifications: 1. Educational Level: A bachelor's or master’s degree. 2. Majoring in: Retail Management, Business Management, Merchandising, or a related field. 3. At least 5 years of experience in Retail store operations and management, Retail Sales, and Customer Service. 4. Experience in Sales / Retail Store operating systems, Marketing and Branch Management, and other related experience. 5. Proactive in-store planning skills. 6. Strong sales abilities and Customer service skills 7. Ability to adapt to different customers. 8. High level of flexibility. 9. Excellent leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. 10. Great time management and multi-tasking skills. 11. Good communication skills in English.
