Project Manager - Construction

Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the performance of all aspects of project management including the planning, design, and construction of building repair and alteration projects. 2. Ensures that assigned projects are technically correct for both design and construction and are following the best current practices of the industry. 3. Prepares plans, specifications, and cost estimates for building repairs, improvements, and modernization. 4. Being responsible for project management and control, from the beginning to its conclusion, periodically updating the interested departments, and Optimizing project deliverables and Schedules. 5. Collaborate with engineers, architects, etc. to determine the specifications of the project. 6. Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements. 7. Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities. 8. Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics, etc., and guide them when needed. 9. Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies. 10. Create presentations and reports to communicate project status. Qualifications: 1. A bachelor's or master’s degree in Civil, Construction Engineering, Mechanical, Architecture, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years experience in Project Management in Construction. 3. Managing large construction projects will be an advantage. 4. At least 5 years experience in Project Management in Construction in Manufacturing, Warehouse, Restaurant & Retails Business would be an advantage, as other related experience. 5. In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles. 6. Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards. 7. Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills. 8. Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills. 9. Demonstrable problem-solving project management experience and skills. 10. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 11. Good command of spoken and written English and Thai. 12. Ability to travel internationally.
