Junior Creative and Content Manager

Responsibilities · Create content strategy, production, proof editing and publishing content (Online and Offline) · Create product knowledge content and illustrate selling points of Q-CHANG’s services · Prepare creative direction and briefing for social photography and videography assets · Collaborate with cross-functional teams and align with overall digital marketing strategy and brand guidelines · Work closely with performance team to promote content across owned and paid media · Tailor content to specific audiences, locations and focus on trending topics · Manage content calendars and ensuring that the content remains consistent across all platforms · Monitor and analyze performance to optimize content strategy Qualifications · Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Arts or similar field · Previous work experience in social media, digital in-house or agencies is a plus · Experience planning, shooting and editing original content across multiple social platforms, website, online and offline media · Experience of working with MS Office and design software (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop etc.)
