1. We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer with strong skills in both backend and frontend, experience in building scalable systems and modern web/mobile applications. You’ll work closely with our product and system analysis teams to develop and maintain solutions in the insurance and ERP domains, with integrations to microservices and cloud platforms (GCP / AWS). Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable backend services using Go and Node.js. Build and maintain RESTful APIs and gRPC services. Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), including schema design and optimization. Develop responsive and dynamic frontend applications using React.js, Next.js, and React Native / Flutter for mobile platforms. Collaborate with system analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Participate in the design and integration of ERP and insurance system modules. Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS). Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience in full-stack development. Strong backend skills in Go (Golang) and Node.js. Proficiency in API design (REST/gRPC) and microservice architecture. Experience with PostgreSQL and MySQL databases. Familiar with React.js, Next.js, and Flutter / React Native for front-end or mobile development. Solid understanding of CSS, responsive design, and UI frameworks. Experience deploying and managing applications on GCP or AWS. Nice-to-Have: Experience working in the insurance or ERP sector. Understanding of microsite architecture and system integration patterns. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes. Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development practices. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Team player with good communication abilities. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks. Able to translate business needs into efficient technical solutions.
