1. We are looking for an experienced System Analyst with strong analytical and technical skills to join our growing digital solutions team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, especially in insurance, ERP, and microsite systems, and work closely with development teams using Go and Node.js to deliver scalable and reliable solutions. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into precise functional and technical specifications. Collaborate with business users, project managers, and developers to ensure business goals are accurately translated into system designs. Design and validate system workflows, data flows, and integration logic between modules (e.g., policy, claims, accounting, or ERP modules). Conduct gap analysis between existing systems and new business requirements. Collaborate with developers to ensure that implementation aligns with business rules and system architecture, particularly for backend systems written in Go and Node.js. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate with QA teams to ensure solutions meet functional and performance expectations. Analyze and design solutions for microsite and multi-platform integration, ensuring consistency across modules and environments. Prepare technical documents, user manuals, and system diagrams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst. Experience in insurance systems (e.g., policy, underwriting, claims, or agency management). Experience in ERP systems (e.g., accounting, inventory, or HR modules). Understanding of microsite architecture and integration across backend services. Familiar with backend development technologies — Go (Golang) and Node.js — to effectively communicate with developers. Strong analytical thinking and documentation skills (e.g., use case, flow diagram, data mapping). Good understanding of API design (REST/gRPC) and system integration concepts. Nice-to-Have: Experience in designing or supporting systems on GCP or AWS cloud platforms. Familiarity with database design (PostgreSQL, MySQL). Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum). Experience with tools like Figma, JIRA, Confluence, or Draw.io for documentation and collaboration. Soft Skills Excellent communication and coordination skills between business and technical teams. Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Team player, proactive, and accountable for deliverables.
